Okay, so if I was forced to choose just one make up brand (I know, scary stuff guys haha) It would have to be NARS.

For me, NARS basically has me covered for foundation, blusher, bronzer and even lip colours!! So basically it ticks all my boxes.

Yes it’s a little more on the pricey side of things, but you are paying for quality. The foundation leaves a lovely sheer glow finish taking away all the pinky tones of my T-zone resulting in an even complexion.

The Satin Lip Pencils are the bomb diggity! They come in heaps of colours and are so pigmented which means that a little bit goes a loooooong way. I apply a small amount onto the centre of my lips and then use my ring finger to gently blend out the colour, leaving a more natural finish. The only way to really keep using these babies is to use the NARS Lip Sharpner so you better purchase that too while your at it haha.

Earlier this year my Aunty went over to America and i knew she would head into the holy grail of make up stores; Sephora. Naturally the very first thing on my list was the NARS blush and bronzer duo. Although it was a little awkward explaining to my Aunty that the blush name is Orgasm haha, it was well worth it!

The Laguna bronzer is my all time favourite bronzer, it leaves you with a healthy tanned glow. Both the bronzer and blusher have a slight shimmer in colour so if your more of a matte fan then maybe this one isn’t for you.

I hope you enjoyed my post! Please feel free to comment down below on other NARS products that you love or tell me which make up brand is your go-to.

Pamper time $-$$-$$$

$ Face Masks/ Peppermint Green Tea If you are having a girly sleepover and want to have a fun pamper night and need face masks then these ones are the business. This is K-marts own brand and i must say for what you pay for these are actually great masks. They leave your skin feeling soft and with that lovely minty aroma it leaves that clean feeling. The range has heaps of different other flavours and scents so there is one for everyone. Because this mask is a cheaper brand make sure you do a little try patch just to make sure your skin has no allergic reaction. For price and performance they get the thumbs up! (K-mart doesn’t sell beauty products online so i have attached a link for a similar price range mask from priceline).

$$ The Body Shop/ Seaweed Ionic Clay Mask I read about this mask on another blog and it sounded amazing so i had to buy it and try it. This mask is deep cleansing with seaweed and algae extracts which together, draw out impurities from your pores. This one also absorbs excessive oils so if you have oily skin it’s perfect. Again this one has a pleasant clean smelling fragrance which is always lovely for your face. You only need to apply this one to your T-zone (your forehead, nose, chin) Leave on until the mask turns from a dark green to a light green then simply wash off with a face washer in warm water. I must say this is one of my favourite masks to use.

$$$ Origins/ Active Charcoal Mask – If you are happy to splurge on a mask because your having problem skin then consider this one. I know that if i am doing a face masks i want to go all out with a really messy one because lets face it, it’s a lot of fun. This mask is Charcoal and similarly to The Body Shop mask, it draws out impurities but uses White China Clay to quickly absorb any excessive oils, giving your pores a really deep clean. Before you start this mask use a warm washer over your face to open up your pores. This mask will help with breakouts and will minimise your pores.

Healthy Banana Smoothie

Recently I bought a cheap ass blender from Target and have been making a few different juices and smoothies. This is one of my favourites that i’ve come up with. I use Almond milk (for a healthier choice but you can add whichever milk you prefer) cut up 1 ripe banana, add chia seeds, cocoa powder, sprinkle of cinnamon and tear a few leaves of mint then whizz all together!

Feel free to add or take out any ingredients that don’t tickle your fancy because let’s face it, you can’t really stuff up the good old banana smoothie.

It’s a healthy and tastey way to start your day!

And don’t forget to serve in a cute little glass  (I don’t know why, but it seems to make it taste better trust me haha)
